Shut Down the System
!
CAUTION:
Always stop the voice system before executing a shutdown.  Shutting down 
the system without stopping the voice system may negatively affect the 
software. 
Use the following procedure to shut down the system:1

perform some administrative commands and you may receive a 
system message indicating that MTC is busy.  After the system is 
initialized, MTC will be free to handle administrative commands.
