89 –The print media is jammed under the mailbox plastic deflector. aReach under the mailbox plastic deflector. Pull it to the right. The plastic deflector moves up. Keep the plastic deflector in this up position. bPull the print media down and straight to the right from the standard bin. 3Close the printer side door (Door A). 4Close the duplex unit door (Door E). 5Close the mailbox door (Door D). 90 Clearing jams from the optional finisher Remove the jam based on its location. If the print media is jammed under the divertor cover: 1Under the transport unit, locate the clear tab at the end of the clear plastic deflector. 2Grasp the tab and pull to the right. The plastic deflector (Deflector G) moves up. Keep the plastic deflector in this up position. 3Pull the print media down and straight out from the standard bin. 94 If the print media is jammed under the finisher top cover: CAUTION:To avoid rings on your hand being caught by the spring-loaded plastic plate in this area, remove your rings first.
