Notes: If you insert the flash drive when the printer requires attention, such as when a jam has occurred, then the printer ignores the flash drive. Clearing jams Jam error messages appear on the printer control panel display and include the area of the printer where the jam occurred. When there is more than one jam, the number of jammed pages is displayed. Understanding jam numbers and locations When a jam occurs, a message indicating the jam location appears on the display.
