the station that will receive a message indication

l SORT: To sort the stations and list them numerically 
by extension number or circuit number, or to list 
them alphabetically by name, select the Sort com- 
mand button. The following window appears. 
Choose the desired sorting method by selecting the 
corresponding option button. Then select the OK
