OUTSIDE CALLS 8.1 When a trunk group is selected for receiving or placing an outside call, the voice channel is seized and cannot be used by any other station (unless Privacy re- lease is enabled, see page 2-32, or the conferencing fea- ture is used, see page 2-29).
