initially program the system.

3.03 This routine initializes the system data base. It con- 
figures the software as follows: 
0 All lines are equipped and set for DTMF signalling. 
l All lines ring in to intercom number 1. 
l The system speed-dial number entry station is intercom 
number 1. 
l All outgoing calls are recorded on the Station Message 
Detail Recording (SMDR) printout.
