Print/stop test
Use this diagnostic test to isolate the cause of problems such as image formation defects and jams
within the engine. The test can be programmed to stop from 0 to 60,000 ms.
Perform the print/stop test in the DIAGNOSTICS menu 1.Press the  Menu button 
.
2. Press the down arrow 
 button or the up arrow  button to navigate to the  DIAGNOSTICS menu.
3. Press the  OK button to select the menu.

Component tests
Half self-testPerform a half self-test to determine which image-formation process might be malfunctioning.
NOTE:It might be easier to perform the print/stop test to stop the product during the printing process.
