NOTE:To use the device with any wireless connection, you must run Setup at
least once from the Starter CD and create a wireless connection. After performing
one setup to create a wireless connection, you can connect the device to additional
networks by configuring new wireless profiles and changing the wireless profile
switch position.
NOTE: If you can see the ink levels in the Toolbox, the Toolbox is communicating

To print on a specific set profile
1.Change the number on the wireless profile switch to that specific profile.
2.Change the wireless network on your computer  to be in that specific profile.
3. Send a print job using the installed printer driver.
After you have configured more than one of  the wireless profiles, you can use the
wireless profile switch on the device to switch between the different profiles.

Configure multiple printers for 802.11 (Windows)
You can use the Wireless Profile Configuration Utility to conveniently set up multiple
devices for wireless connection. This utility exports the device’s wireless profile
settings to a USB Flash drive. You can then configure other devices with these
settings by inserting the flash drive into another device’s USB host port.

To change the device’s Bluetooth device name (Windows)
1.Connect the device to your computer with a USB cable.
2. Open the Toolbox. For more information, see

3. Click the  Configure Bluetooth Settings  tab.
4. Enter a new device name of up to 60 characters in the  Device Name box.
5. Click  Apply.

Reset device access
The following steps will clear all bonded devices from the device’s memory.
To reset device access (Windows)
1.Open the Toolbox. For more information, see

2. Click the  Configure Bluetooth Settings  tab.
3. Click the  Reset Device Access  button.
A warning dialog box appears.
4. Click  OK to close the warning dialog box.
