Appendix E Backup Utility What is it? The Backup Utility allows you to make security Backup copies of the statistical data (i.e. the report files) gathered by the ACD. These copies are made to standard 3.5 high-density floppy disks. Once these Backup copies have been made the Backup Utility can then be used to Delete the old copies of these files from the Hard Disk of the ACD. Why should you use it?
