PAPER JAMS 6 - 6 Paper Jams Between the Print Head Cartridge and the Fuser Unit This section describes the procedures to remove paper jammed around the print head cartridge and in the fuser. 6 - 9 PAPER JAMS Paper longer than 360 mm (14 in.) jams If paper longer than 355.6 mm (14 in.) jams in the printer, cut the paper as necessary and remove the paper from the location where it is jammed using the appropriate procedure.
