For example, incoming callers always hear the instruction, “Please enter the extension number you wish to call, or press pound to use the company directory. Setting the Business Hours Schedule The CLASSIC MAIL system’s default business hours assume your business is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. To change this schedule, specify a day, then specify the hours of normal operation for that day. You can copy the schedule of any day and use it to define schedules for any other days.
