Labeling Your Telephones The CLASSIC MAIL system includes a set of voice mail labels that attach to your Merlin telephones. These labels indicate which outside line buttons can be used to gain access to messages stored by the CLASSIC MAIL system. The CLASSIC MAIL System line Numbering Conventions Throughout this guide, and during the operation of the CLASSIC MAIL system, references will be made to line numbers.Line numbers are used to identify a particular outside line plugged into your Merlin Control Unit.
