Description
Operator Assistance (OPA) automatically answers calls on designated trunks
and provides dialing options to callers. With OPA, callers can dial extensions
and hunt groups directly, without human intervention. OPA saves system
users call processing time and provides immediate call answering to outside
callers. Operator Assistance provides:

 Direct dialing to any extension, ring group or  hunt group
