2Digital and analog telephone sets and SLT BASIC CONCEPTS WHAT IS A MAILBOX? All internal IMAGEN users are assi gned a mailbox for their own personal use. This is where the recorded messa ges they receive are stored. Each mailbox has a unique number (up to six di gits). Your mailbox number is usually the same as your extension number. Once the system administrator has assi gned a mailbox to you, you can personalize it by: • obtainin g a password from the system administrator (which you can chan ge...

You can access this menu from outside the system by dialin g the IMAGEN telephone number, given to you by the system administrator.
