128 6 A majority of the problems encountered in operating a matrix switcher can be traced to incorrect hardware or software setup. Therefore, please read this section to see if your problem has a simple solution before requesting service. Initialization Problems Symptom: Matrix Switcher will not power up. 1. If the WV-CS500 had preset positions originally programmed by the PFW-300 System (Proteus for Windows), there are dwell times associated with those positions that will determine how long the Preset Test will take.
