Please check the destination number, the forwarding setting has not been completed properly at the PBX, possibly because a nonexistent extension number has been entered as the destination. (1) System Prompts—in English (cannot be modified) (2) User 1 Prompts—recordable (3) User 2 Prompts—in Spanish (can be erased or modified) However, in many cases it is not necessary to record all the voice prompts (recording over 900 voice prompts is a big undertaking).
