If you have been authorized to use the External Message 
Delivery feature by the System Manager, you can deliver 
your message to any non-subscribers. You can record a 
message to be delivered and specify several external mes- 
sage delivery parameters: the delivery time and date; the 
telephone number to be called; password; the receiver’s 
name and the automatic retry.
