Programmable Settings 14 Date and Time We recommend you set the date and time so that the unit will announce the day and time each message was recorded when you play back messages. • When entering the time in step 3, you cannot enter numbers greater than 12. Programmable Settings 16 Line Mode The line mode is preset to “B” and generally should not be adjusted. If “Line in use” on the handset and “ ” on the base unit are not displayed properly, the line mode selection is incorrect. Set line mode to “A”.
