Paper sizes that can be punched and the positions of holes are as follows. Paper sizes that can be punched and the positions of holes B5, A4, 8.5 x 11 paper: Holes are punched at the long edge. Select Top Side, Left Side, or Right Side. For example, select Left Side (left button). The screen on the right has the Tray 6 (High Capacity Feeder), and Finisher installed. Output/Finishing can also be selected on the Features Menu screen. Select Cancel to cancel the settings.

If the copy in progress screen is displayed, select Stop on the screen to halt the copy operation. To stop a copy job, pressing Stop will stop the job temporarily.
