Print Counter View information. Customer Name space, Signature & Date space, Customer ID, Fax 
No. and Serial Number are printed on the lower right corner.
1Press the Function Key.
2Select Counter View. 
3Select 00 Print Counter List.
4Select Start, and then select OK.
Stop : Stop to printing counter list
Start : Start to print the counter list
zTo cancel printing the parameter setting list, 
press “Stop” and “OK”. 
While processing the cancellation, panel 
operation is denied, and an error beep is 
produced.
The feeding paper(s) will be ejected before 
completing the above cancellation 
operation.
5Select Close.
When the list printing is completed, screen will 
be returned to step 3.

Example : Clear Toner Counter
After replacing the Toner Cartridge, the Toner Counter will be cleared automatically.
If you want to clear the Toner Counter manually, the following procedure is required.
1Press the Function key.
2Select “Counter View”.
3Select “20-39”, and then select   
(2 times).
4Select “30 Clear Toner Counter Y”.
(Ex: Clear Yellow Toner Counter)
zSelect the desired color of Toner Counter.
5Select “Ye s” to clear the Toner 
Counter.
zWhen clearing other color of toner counter, 
repeat steps 4 and 5.
6Select “Close”.
zAfter Setting up the function(s), press the 
Reset key to return the machine to the initial 
screen of the current active mode.
