Remove the filler faceplate from slot 3 (and slot 2 if there is no Trunk Cartridge), using a screwdriver to pry the bottom edge(s) out. 2. Each telephone port on the ICS has a B1 DN and a B2 DN. Devices such as the Business Series Terminals, and Norstar telephones use only the B1 DN.
