Step 1: Should the trunk provide  Caller?
• In DS2000, be sure that Caller ID Daughter 
Boards are installed on the ATRU PCBs.
• In DS2000, for Program 1001 - Caller ID 
(page 503), enter 2 (for daughter board).
• In DS1000, for Program 1001 - Caller ID

This option enables (Y) or disables (N) Caller ID in an extension’s Class of Service. If 
enabled, Caller ID will occur for all extensions with this Class of Service provided Caller ID

This option enables (Y) or disables (N) the capability of the telephone system to send Caller 
ID data to an NVM-Series Voice Mail. If enabled, the telephone system will send incoming 
Caller ID data for any trunk answered by Voice Mail. (This will occur, for example, for DILs

To cancel the Caller ID display and return your phone to its normal display:
You can only do this while you’re on a call, not while your phone is ringing.
