Page 62 7. MAINTENANCE Adjustment or maintenance on this machine should be carried out by qualified personnel only. Ensure that the POWER to the machine is turned OFF before commencing any maintenance work. Use a clean dry soft cloth to wipe any detergent or water from the surface. 7-1-2 Cleaning the panel glass •Do not use organic solvents such as thinners. 1. Using a glass cleaner, wipe the inside and outside surfaces with a soft cloth. 2. Use a clean dry soft cloth to wipe any detergent or water from the surface. Use a clean dry soft cloth to wipe any detergent or water from the surface. 7-1-4 Repairing the Reflective Strip If the reflective strip inside the Frame Assembly is peeling or scratched, the sensors cannot detect the sword position correctly. To repair the damage, cut a piece from the provided reflective sheet, slightly larger than the damag\ ed area, and fit it over the damaged area ensuring that there are no wrinkles or \ bubbles. *After repair conduct the sensor level test. Page 69 7-5 Replacing the Screen Guard 1. Seperate the Monitor Base Assy from the Front Assy. (see 5-2 page 35) 2. Remove the Signboard Assy. (see 5-3 page 36) 3. Remove the Front Panel. (see 7-2 page 66) 4. Remove 2off security screw (M5x25) and 4off pozi head screws (M5x16), and remove the Monitor Mask. 5. Remove 18off Whizz nuts, and remove the two pairs of Guard Brackets (A),(B), and remove the screen guard. 6. Reassemble in reverse order. Note: The front and rear sides of the Screen Guard are different. Ensure that the Screen Guard is re-fitted the correct way round.
