This screen is administered on Switch 3. A Node Names screen must be administered on each switch in the network. The node names and IP addresses in any network should be assigned in a logical and consistent manner from the point of view of the whole network. These names and addresses should be assigned in the planning stages of the network and should be available from the customer system administrator or from a Lucent representative.
