Print a cover page You can print a separate cover page for your document that includes a message (such as “Confidential”). 1.Open the printer driver (see Open the printer drivers). 2.On the Cover Page or Paper/Quality pop-up menu, select whether to print the cover page Before Document or After Document. 3.In the Cover Page Type pop-up menu, select the message that you want to print on the cover page. Print on both sides of the paper When duplex printing is available, you can automatically print on both sides of a page. Set the default copy options You can use the administration menu to establish default settings that apply to all copy jobs. If necessary, you can override most settings for an individual job. Change the copy-collation setting You can set the device to automatically collate multiple copies into sets. For example, if you are making two copies of three pages and the automatic collation is on, the pages print in this order: 1,2,3,1,2,3.
