If one of the following conditions is met, the Automatic Page Size Detec\
tion may not work 
properly.
l     Paper is 52g/m2 or less in weight
l     Documents are not rectangular
l     The margin of pages is filled with dark color

  You are returned to the [TWAIN Driver] dialog box.
 
8.  In the [TWAIN Driver] dialog box, click the [OK] button.
  Changes made are saved and the [TWAIN Driver] dialog box closes.

 3.11 Outputting Multi-Images
 
 
You can obtain both color/grayscale and black-and-white images at a scan\
 (Multi Image Output). 
* Depending on the application to use, this function may not work proper\
ly. 
Configure Multi Image settings using the scanner driver.

 3.12 Color/Monochrome Auto Detection
 
 
This scanner features automatic detection of color or black-and-white do\
cument scans (the term scan, in this case, refers to a 
produced image by scanning). 
Scanning color documents produces color (or grayscale) images, and sca\
nning black-and-white documents produces black-and-
white images.
