    Open thefileyou want toprint inyour application.

    Select Layout Manager onthe Main taband choose anoption forthe Size setting thatmatches the
     size
    ofthe document inyour application.
     Note:
    Youselect thesize ofthe paper youareprinting oninalater step.

    Click OKand then clickPrint ,if necessary.
     The
    Layout Manager screenopensanddisplays onepage inthe layout.
     5.
    Leave theLayout Manager screenopenandrepeat steps1to 4to arrange additional printdata. The
     pages

    Dothe following toarrange objectsonthe Layout Manager screen:

    Drag pages tomove andresize them.
     •
    Use thetool buttons andtheObject menutoalign androtate pages.
     •
    Resize andreplace wholepages inthe Preference orArrangement Settingsscreens.
     Note:
    SeetheLayout Manager screenhelpfordetails.
     7.
    Click File>Properties ,then select yourprintsettings, including thesize ofthe paper youare
     printing
    on,onthe Main tab.

    Click theFile menu onthe Layout Manager screenandclick Print .
     Note:
    Tosave thecurrent jobtoafile, click theFile menu onthe Layout Manager screen,savethe
     file,
    and close theLayout Manager screen.Toopen thesaved filelater forediting orreprinting, right-
     click
    theprinter iconinthe Windows taskbar,clickLayout Manager ,and open thefile.

    canselect avariety ofsizing andlayout options foryour document orphoto onthe Page Layout tab.

    To change theorientation ofyour printed document orphoto, selectthePortrait orLandscape
     checkbox.

    To rotate orflip the printed image,selecttheRotate 180°or Mirror Imagecheckbox.

    To select multiple copiesandtheir printorder, selecttheCopies ,Collate ,and Reverse Order

    To change thesize ofyour printed document orphoto, selecttheReduce/Enlarge checkboxand

    sizingoptions.

    To print multiple pagesonone sheet ofpaper, orprint oneimage onmultiple sheetsofpaper, select

    Multi-Page checkboxandselect theoptions youwant.
     •
    To enlarge yourimage beyond thelimits ofyour application program,selecttheOptimize
     Enlargement
    checkbox.
     Note:
    Thedriver canincrease theimage sizeupto650% anddecrease theoutput resolution tostay
     within
    thepixel limitations. Depending onthe resolution ofthe original imageandtheprint size, you
     may
    seereduced printquality.
     •
    To print acolor background onthe page, select thePrint Bckg Color checkbox andclick Color
     Settings
    toselect thecolor youwant touse.
     •
    To print thetime, date, andother information aboutyourprintjobatthe toporbottom ofthe page,
     select
    theJob Settings checkbox andclick Details toselect thesettings youwant touse.
     •
    To print onboth sides ofthe paper, selecttheDouble-Sided Printingcheckbox andselect the
     options
    youwant.
