YaST Control Center is activated. 3Select Hardware on YaST Control Center, and select Printer. 4Printer setup: Autodetected printers is activated. For network connections: aClick Add. bSelect Network Printers as Printer Type, and click Next. cSelect the Print via LPD-Style Network Server as Printer Type, and click Next. dType the IP address of the printer in Host name of the printer server. eType the name of the printer queue in Name of the remote queue, and click Next. fType the printer name in Name for printing. NOTE: The Description of Printer and Location of Printer do not have to be specified. g Select the Do Local Filtering check box, and click Next. hSelect DELL as Select manufacturer. Start the print job from the application, and specify the queue in the print dialog box. However, sometimes you can print only from the default queue depending on the application (for example Mozilla). In these cases, before you start printing, set queue you want to print to as the default queue. For information on specifying the default queue, see Setting the Default Queue.
