Upgrading The System You can upgrade the system’s “B” and “C” packages by typing in a specific password inQuickQ. You can then increase the number of agents by 24 in increments of 12 agents. In this manner, you can grow the “B” package to a maximum capacity of 72 agents and the “C” package to a maximum size of 96 agents.
