    							IMI 66-064 System Operation 
    SECTION 2 
    ATTENDANT STATION OPERATION 
    The attendant station provides additional operating fea- 
    tures that are not available from other stations in the 
    system. l Press Al (top, left-hand softke ) to toggle feature on i 
    and off. Associated light wil Y turn on when night 
    transfer is active and turn off when it is inactive. 
    SYSTEM SPEED DIAL PROGRAMMING 
    A special system-wide list of numbers can be 
    programmed for automatic dialing by all users. 
    l Press SPKR. 
    MUSIC ON HOLD 
    To program numbers, 
    l Press ITCM +k # . 
    l Dial 02. Music that is provided to outside lines while they are on 
    hold can be controlled by attendant action. 
    To turn on or turn off music on hold, 
    l Press desired keypad dipits 01 - 30 for memory 
    locatron 1 - 30. LIS en for ast tone bursts. 
    l Press line key forpre-selected line storage (optional). 
    NOTE: When no line is pre-selected and system speed 
    dialing is used, the system will automatically pick 
    the prime line assigned to the telephone (if 
    enabled) orpick the most previously used line at 
    that station. 
    Press ITCM +++ # . 
    Dial 04. 
    Press Al (top, left-hand softkey) to tog le feature on 
    and off. Associated light will turn on w ?l en music on 
    hold is provided and turn off when it is turned off. 
    Press SPKR. 
    SYSTEM CLOCK 
    l Dial the number to be stored. (Up to fifteen digits.) 
    l Press HOLD to store pause (if required). 
    l Press TAP to store flash (if required). 
    l Press T/C for next location and repeat procedure If the system has been modified to provide LCD 
    speakerphone support, the system clock can be 
    programmed to maintain current date and time informa- 
    tion . This information is provided to the LCD speaker- 
    phone for display.

    l Press SPKR key to end programming. 
    NIGHT TRANSFER (of ringing) 
    The day, or normal, ringing of incoming lines can be 
    transferred to a particular station or stations (chosen 
    through class of service programming) for off-hour or 
    special-purpose answering.

    RINGER VOLUME CONTROL 
    The station ringer volume control is located on the front 
    edge of the telephone. Adjust the control lever to OFF, 
    LOW or HIGH volume as desired.
