Departmental Station Operation Your stationmay be a terminating station for departmental calling. That is, if all stations in the department are busy or ring-no-answer (RNA), the call will be routed to your station. You may either service the call or transfer the call back to the department exten- sion number. Display Contrast Adjustment If your telephone has an LCD, you can adjust the contrast of the display by holding down the MUTE button on your telephone. After five seconds, “Contrast Level” and a number shows up in the display. Continue to depress the MUTE button - the display contrast changes.
