    YouraddressingprioritylistdirectsCiscoUnityConnectiontoprioritizerecipientsthatyoudefine,similar
    toa"buddy"list.WhenyouareaddressingamessageandConnectionfindsmultiplematchesforarecipient
    namebasedonpartialspellingoronhowyousaythename,anymatchingnamesthatarealsoinyouraddressing
    prioritylistarepresentedfirst.Thisallowsyoutofindandselectyourintendedrecipientsmorequickly.
    Connectionmayalsoautomaticallyaddrecipientnamestoyouraddressingprioritylistwhenyousendmessages
    tothem,andadjustthepriorityofnamesinthelistbasedonhowoftenyousendmessagestoeachrecipient.
    YourConnectionadministratordetermineswhetheryoucanreviewandmodifyyouraddressingpriority

    YourCiscoUnityConnectionPINprotectstheprivacyofyourmessagesandsecuresyourmailboxfrom
    unauthorizedaccess.YoucanchangeyourPINatanytime.
    FollowthesecurityguidelinesprovidedbyyourConnectionadministratorwhenyouchangeyourPIN.In
    general,shorterpasswordsareeasiertouse,butlongerpasswordsaremoresecure,especiallywhenyou
    specifyanontrivialpassword.Anontrivialpasswordmeansthat:
    •Thepasswordcannotcontainyourprimaryextensionoritsreverse.
    •Thepasswordmustcontainatleastthreedifferentdigits.
    •Thedigitscannotallbeconsecutiveinascendingordescendingorder(forexample,12345or54321).
    •Adigitcannotbeusedmorethantwotimesconsecutively(forexample,14777).
    •Thepasswordcannotcontainrepeatedgroupsofthreeormoredigits(forexample,408510408).
    •Thepasswordcannotbeanumericrepresentationofyourfirstorlastname,orthecombinationofyour
    firstandlastnames.(Forexample,ifyournameisJohnDoe,youcouldnotuseanumericrepresentation
    ofjohnd,johndoe,jdoe,doe.)
