Machine Settings
You can adjust the machine settings from the Setting Menu to customize the way 
the machine works. To see the list of current settings, print out User’s Data List.

Accessing the Setting Menu

5When finished, press [Stop/Reset] to return to standby mode.
NOTE
Press [Stop/Reset] to exit from the menu. If you press [Stop/Reset] before pressing [OK], the 
setting will not be registered.

external telephone is connected.

RX TERMINAL ID Sets whether to insert the machine’s fax number and the 
sender information on received faxes.
