10-16 Maintenance Transporting the Machine Follow this procedure to avoid vibration damage to the machine when transporting it over a long distance. 1Disconnect the power cord and all the cables from the back of the machine. 2Open the front cover. 3Remove the toner cartridge. 11-4 Troubleshooting 6Gently pull the jammed paper between the output rollers until the leading edge emerges from the machine. 7Carefully pull the jammed paper straight out through the rollers. If the jammed paper is badly folded, similar to the folds of an accordion, ease the jammed paper loose and then pull it out of the machine. 8Close the front cover. 9Pull out the paper cassette completely.

Hold the toner cartridge and align the protrusions (A) on both sides of the toner cartridge to the guides (B) in the machine, then gently slide the toner cartridge into the machine as far as it will go.
