Loading Envelope The paper sources in which you can load envelopes are the cassette and the manual feed slot. For continuous print, load envelopes in the cassette. For printing on one envelope that differs in type from paper in the cassette, set it in the manual feed slot. CAUTION Be careful not to cut your hands with the edges of the envelopes. 4Loosen the hard corners of the envelopes and flatten curls as shown in the figure. 5Align the edges of the envelopes on a flat surface.

CAUTION When loading envelopes, be careful not to cut your hands with the edges of the envelopes. IMPORTANT •Make sure that the paper guide is at the appropriate position of paper size. The paper guides on the sides of the cassette move together. IMPORTANT Be sure to align the paper guides with the width of the envelopes. If the paper guides are too loose or too tight, this may result in misfeeds or paper jams.
