Using imagePROGRAF Printmonitor (Mac OS)
1. On the Hard Disk pane, click  ▶ next to Inbox No./Name to list saved jobs. Select a saved job and click  Set.Note
• Enter a password if one has been set.

Displaying a List of Saved Jobs
You can display saved print jobs in the box shared among all users and in each personal box.
View the list of stored print jobs as follows.

1. Press the  Menu button to display  MAIN...

Press  ▲ or ▼ to select the box number (in the range 00–29), and then press the  ▶ button.
4. Enter a password if one has been set, and then press the  OK button.

Choose a mail box on the  Stored Job page to display a list of jobs saved in that mail box. Note
• Enter a password if one has been set. Jobs saved in the mail box are listed.

You can print a list of saved print jobs in the common box and each personal box.
