Paper is jammed in the multi-purpose sheet feeder. 1Remove any paper from the multi- purpose sheet feeder that is not jammed. 2Pull up the jammed paper to remove it. Paper is jammed inside the front of the fax machine. 1Pull the paper toward you. NoteIf the jammed paper is under the Print Head, unplug the fax machine, and then you can move the Print Head to remove the paper.
