WARNING Before you clear a paper jam, make sure you have switched off and unplugged the MFC. After you have just used the MFC, some parts inside the MFC are extremely hot. 12 - 7 TROUBLESHOOTING AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE 4Pull out the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly. Pull the jammed paper up and out of the MFC. If you cannot remove the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly easily at this time, do not use extra force. Instead, pull the edge of the jammed paper out of the paper tray.
