operating characteristics that affect panel-wide
functions. There are nine programming categories in
this module: Phone, Phone Parameters, Routing,
Enhanced Communications, Area Parameters,
Command Center, User Interface, Function List, and
Relay Parameters.

control panel is reset after a point is
bypassed and then the point is
unbypassed. This is true for both Fire and
Non-fire points.
