    							1.Minimize the File Manager app and verify that you donht see the  icon on the app. If you see this 
    icon, use the File Manager app in your personal space.
    2.On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
    3.Verify that your device is connected to a wireless network.
    4.Tap Settings.
    5.Do the following:
    tIn the BlackBerryID section, verify that you are signed in using the same BlackBerry ID as on 
    your computer.
    tIf your device is connected to a mobile network instead of a Wi-Fi network, in the Device
    Connections
     section, turn on the UseMobileNetwork switch.
    tIn the DeviceConnections section, verify that the AllowConnections switch is turned on.
    If you still canht see your computer files, on your computer, try any of the following:
    tVerify that your computer is turned on and not in sleep mode.
    tVerify that your computer has an active Internet connection.
    tConfirm that you are signed in to your BlackBerryID in BlackBerry Link.
    tVerify that the files that you want to access are in the location that is specified in BlackBerry Link.
    tSome work or public networks might prevent you from accessing your files on your device. Try 
    connecting to a different network and try again.

    On your device, try the following:
    tSwipe down from the top of the screen.Tap Settings. In the BlackBerryID section, verify that you 
    are signed in using the same 
    BlackBerry ID as on your computer.
    tIf your device is connected to a mobile network instead of a Wi-Fi network, in the Device

     section, turn on the UseMobileNetwork switch.
    tIn the DeviceConnections section, verify that the AllowConnections switch is turned on.
    On your computer, try the following:
    tTurn off synchronization applications or antivirus applications temporarily.

    tReset your BlackBerry ID username and password at www.blackberry.com/bbid.
    tIf youre using antivirus software on your computer, check that the firewall is not blocking your  connection to 
    BlackBerry Link.

    Try the following:
    tConnect your BlackBerry device to your computer using a USB cable. You canht create a backup file 
    of your device data over a 
    Wi-Fi network.

    							tOn your device, verify that you are signed in to your BlackBerry ID. If you are not signed in, 
    BlackBerry Link canht back up the data in your personal space.
    tVerify that you entered the password on your device to unlock your work space. BlackBerry Link 
    canht back up the data in your work space if your work space is locked.
    tIf your device is activated on BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10, verify with your administrator that you 
    can restore data to your device.
    Icanhtrestoreabackupfiletomydevice
    Try the following:
    tConnect your BlackBerry device to your computer using a USB cable. You canht restore the data to 
    your device over a 
    Wi-Fi network.
    tOn your device, verify that you are signed in to your BlackBerry ID on your device. If you are not 
    signed in, 
    BlackBerry Link canht restore the data to your personal space.
    tVerify that the same BlackBerry ID used on the device to create the backup file is being used on the 
    device you are trying to restore the backup file to. On your device, try signing in to the 
    BlackBerry ID 
    that is associated with the backup file.
    tIf your device is activated on BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10, verify that you entered the password 
    on your device to unlock your work space. 
    BlackBerry Link canht restore the data to your work space 
    if your work space is locked.
    tIf your device is activated on BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10, verify with your administrator that you 
    can restore data to your device.

    Organizingapps
    Leaveanapporcloseanapp
    Instead of closing an app when youhre done using it, you can make multitasking easier by minimizing an 
    app. You can see your open apps arranged as Active Frames on the home screen, and you can tap an 
    Active Frame to return the app to full screen. Once you minimize an app, you can close it from the home 
    screen.
    1.To minimize an app, swipe up from the bottom of the screen. The app is arranged as an Active Frame 
    on the home screen.
    2.To close an app after you minimize it, on the home screen, on an Active Frame, tap  .

    You can rearrange the app icons or open apps on the home screen so that they are where you want  them to be. For instance, if youhre right-handed, you can arrange your frequently used apps on the right 
    side of the screen. Then when youhre using your 
    BlackBerry device with one hand, iths easier to open 
    those apps.
    1.On the home screen, touch and hold an app icon or open app until all of the icons or open apps start 
    to blink.
    2.Drag the icon or app to a different location on the home screen and release your finger.

    							Addfolderstothehomescreen
    You can organize your app icons by adding folders to the home screen. For example, you can add a 
    folder for all of the games that you download and a folder for all of your business and productivity apps. 
    To hide unused apps, you can add a folder to the home screen and put all of your unused apps in that 
    folder.
    1.Touch and hold an app icon until all of the icons start to blink.
    2.Drag the app icon on top of another app icon that you want to include in the same folder.
    3.Type the name of the folder.
    4.Tap Create.

    1.In a folder on the home screen, touch and hold an app icon until all of the icons start to blink.
    2.Drag the app icon to the bottom of the screen and release.
    Deletingapps
    You can delete apps from the home screen of your BlackBerry device, or you can delete the apps that 
    you download from the 
    BlackBerry World storefront. Some apps are part of the core BlackBerry 
    experience and canht be deleted.

    If you might want to reinstall an app later, you can uninstall it. You can reinstall these apps later without  purchasing them again.
    1.On the BlackBerry World home screen, tap  > MyWorld.
    2.Tap MyAppsGames.
    3.Tap Installed.
    4.Touch and hold an item, and tap .
    tIf you think that you might want to reinstall the app later, tap Uninstall.
    tIf you want to permanently delete the app, tap Delete.
    Uninstalled apps and games are listed on your MyWorld screen. To see this list, tap MyAppsGames
    > Available.

    							Tip:Some app icons on your home screen are part of the core BlackBerry experience. These apps canht 
    be deleted, and the delete icon doesnht appear on these app icons.
    Reinstallanapporgame
    1.On the BlackBerry World home screen, tap  > MyWorld > MyAppsGames.
    2.Tap Available.
    tTo reinstall one app or game, tap next to the app or game that you want to install.
    tTo reinstall multiple apps and games, at the bottom of the screen, tap  > . Tap the apps and 
    games that you want to reinstall. Tap 
    .
    When you switch to a new BlackBerry device, some apps you downloaded from BlackBerry World might 
    not be available for use on your new device. Subject to any statutory rights you may have, you will not 
    be refunded for purchased apps if those apps are not available for use on your new 
    BlackBerry device.
    Renameafolder
    1.On the home screen, tap a folder.
    2.At the bottom of the screen, touch and hold the folder name.
    3.Type the new name of the folder.
    4.Tap Rename.

    You can use the BlackBerry Assistant to perform various personal and work tasks, and interact with your 
    device using natural language.
    The BlackBerry Assistant can make multitasking easier. Instead of navigating to a specific app, you can 
    simply open the 
    BlackBerry Assistant and speak your requests. The BlackBerry Assistant responds to 
    help you complete the task or interaction quickly.
    If youhre in a meeting and need to keep things quiet, you can also type your requests in the BlackBerry 
    Assistant
     using natural language. When you type your requests, the BlackBerry Assistant stays silent 
    and responds with only text on the screen.
    When you speak your requests through a Bluetooth enabled device such as a headset, the BlackBerry 
    Assistant
     responds with more detailed information and instructions to help you complete tasks without 
    looking at the screen.

    If your BlackBerry Assistant language setting is different from your device language setting, your

    You can add a public calendar that uses the ICS format to your BlackBerry device so that you can see
