Select itemCW INDEXin the display info menu by rotating the jog dial on the Master or the↑or↓keys on the Remote Control. (image 21-3) 2. Press the jog dial on the Master or the keyENTERon the Remote Control to confirm. The CW (Color Wheel) Index menu appears on-screen and in the graphical display on the Master including the request to use the internal generated test pattern for the adjustment of the color wheel Yes or No. (menu 21-1) 3. Select item YES by rotating the jog dial on the Master or the↑or↓keys on the Remote Control. Note:When you select ’No’, then an external horizontal ramp test pattern has to be used as input source for the adjustment of the color wheel index. In this case a bar scale appears on-screen and in the graphical display on the master. The adjustment procedure is the same as for selection ’Yes’. 4. Press the jog dial on the Master or the keyENTERon the Remote Control to confirm. A horizontal ramp test pattern is displayed (generated in the display itself) and a CW index bar scale appears in the graphical display on the master. 5. Adjust the color wheel index, using the←and→keys on the Remote Control or by rotating the jog dial on the Master, for an uniformly grey course of the test pattern (no vertical colored bars in the test pattern). (image 21-4) 6. PressEXITon the Remote Control or selectBACKin the graphical display menu, rotating the jog dial to select and pressing to confirm, to exit the GUI. The solid field test patterns, generated in the Cine VERSUM 80 and Cine VERSUM 120, are inserted in the output of the formatter and are therefore not subject to any color correction.
