The user can change his greeting, Call Screening, and Do Not Disturb options (unless you have them locked). Users cannot control the number of rings at their extensions nor the contents of their Extension fields. To create a scheduling record: 1. From the Users screen, type the number for the mailbox in the Mailbox field, then press Enter. 2. Press Alt+A. The Auto screen appears.
