Hunt Groups and Calling Groups71 Calling GroupsOne type of hunt group is the Calling Group. Calling groups allow an incoming call to ring simultaneously on all telephones in a group, for example, a customer service group. Use the internal paging feature, the external paging feature, or both, to announce the call. The recipient can retrieve the call from any NBX Telephone by dialing the Call Park extension that you give during your announcement.
