Remove: Oil filter cartridge “1” TIP Remove the oil filter cartridge with an oil filter wrench “2”. 2. Work slowly and carefully and make sure the crankcase halves sepa- rate evenly. EAS25580 CHECKING THE CRANKCASE 1. Thoroughly wash the crankcase halves in a mild solvent. 2.
