27 TIMING Mode (Fitness Model only) This mode has two purposes: • It can act as either a stopwatch (count up) or a countdown timer, allowingyou to count down to or up from zero, respectively. You can record up to 100 hours worth of statistical data. • When used with a heart rate sensor, this mode allows you to record heart rate information. It is a fitness yardstick\ that measures how quickly your heart rate declines from an elevated rate over a one- o\ r two-minute countdown period.
