System 25 Initial Implementation Administering Call Coverage The Call Coverage feature of the System 25 Communications System is used to redirect calls made to a busy or unanswered telephone, fax machine, or Private Fax Extension. The redirected calls go to a DGC group that is connected to a voice port. If the call was to a fax extension, the Fax Call Answer service receives the call and either holds the fax message or sends it to a printer or fax machine.
