2-4911 Feature Chapter 2 - Features and Operation 911 Feature Description The 911 Feature allows stations in the system to dial 911 without using an access code. 911 calls are placed on 911 marked lines. If all lines are busy, an existing call is dropped and the 911 call is placed. When this feature is enabled, Trunk Group/LCR Access Code 9 is not available.
