Remote Control Battery Installation
To ensure safe operation, please observe the following precautions :
–Use (2) AAA, SUM-4 or R03 type alkaline batteries.
–Replace two batteries at the same time.
–Do not use a new battery with a used battery.
–Avoid contact with water or liquid.
–Do not expose the remote control to moisture, or heat.

Projection angle can be adjusted up to 11.8 degrees with the
adjustable feet. 
Lift the front of the projector and pull upward the feet lock
latches on both sides of the projector.1

Connect the projectors AC power cord into an AC outlet.
The POWER indicator blinks red in a moment and lights red.
Press the POWER ON-OFF button on the top control or on
the remote control.  The POWER indicator turns green
lighting and the cooling fans start to operate.  The
preparation display appears on the screen and the count
down starts.

Basic Operation
Press the POWER ON-OFF button on the top control or on
the remote control, and a message Power off? appears on
the screen.  
Press the POWER ON-OFF button again to turn off the
projector. The POWER indicator starts to blink red, and it
continues while the cooling fans are operating for about 90
seconds. (About 120 seconds when the fan mode is L2. See
page 44.)
