    Swipe Lock Screen
    If the Lock screen is set to Swipe, you can access the 
    call screen in a couple of ways.

     Phone upward to open the call screen.

    Swipe across the screen to unlock it, and then tap 
     Phone .

     er the emergency telephone number (911 in 
    North America) and tap 
     Call .

    have access to most in-call features.
    Secure Lock Screens
    You can make calls even if your phone has a secure lock 
    screen.

    Set up and configure your voicemail.
    Set Up Your Voicemail
    You can access your voicemail from a Home screen.
    1.

    rom the Home screen, tap 
     Apps  > 
     Voice Mail .

    ollow the tutorial to create a password, record a 
    greeting, and record your name.
    Note : These steps may be different depending on your 
    network.
    Access Your Voicemail
    You can access your voicemail from a Home screen.
    1.

    rom the Home screen, tap 
     Apps  > 
     Voice Mail .
    • You may be prompted to enter a password.

    Access Your Voicemail from Another 
    Phone
    You can access your voicemail from another phone.
    1.

    rom another phone, dial your wireless phone 
    number. Wait until you hear your voicemail 
    greeting.

     ess the  asterisk o r star (*) key on the phone you 
    are using.

    er your password and you are connected to your

    The Apps list displays all preloaded apps and apps that you downloaded. You 
    can uninstall, disable, or hide apps from view.
    Shortcuts to apps can be placed on any of the Home 
    screens. For more information, see  “Add a Shortcut to a 
    Home Screen” on page  19.
    Access Apps
    You can access and launch all applications from the 
    Apps list.
    1.

    rom a Home screen, tap 
     Apps .

    ap an app’s shortcut to launch it.
    • To return to the main Home screen, press the 
    Home  key.
    Download and Install New Apps
    Find new apps to download and install on your device.
    •  Play Store : Download new apps from the Google 
    Play store. Visit  play.google.com/store/apps  to

    Uninstall or Disable Apps
    You can uninstall or disable apps you download and 
    install.
    • Preloaded apps cannot be uninstalled.
    • Apps that are disabled are turned off and hidden 
    from view.
    To uninstall or disable an app:
    1.

    rom a Home screen, tap 
     Apps .

     More options  > Edit . Apps that 
    can be uninstalled or disabled display 
     Uninstall/disable on their shortcut.
    3.

    ap 
     Uninstall/disable and follow the prompts 
    to either uninstall or disable the app.
    4.

    ap  Done  when finished. To enable apps after disabling them:

    rom a Home screen, tap 
     Apps
     >  Settings .

    ap  Applications  > Application manager .

     Menu  > Disabled , and then tap the app you 
    want to enable.

    ap  Enable . The app is displayed again in the 
    Apps list.
    Search for Apps
    To locate an app in your Apps list:

    rom a Home screen, tap 
     Apps .

    ap  Search for apps .
    • Enter a word or words in the field. As you type, 
    apps that match display on the screen.
    • Tap an entry to launch that app.

    Organize Your Apps
    App shortcuts can be listed alphabetically or in your 
    own custom order.
    To change the order apps are listed:
    1.

    rom a Home screen, tap 
     Apps  >  More options 
    > Edit .

    ouch and hold an app shortcut or folder, and then 
    drag it to a new location.
    3.

    ap  Done  when finished.
    To alphabetize your apps:
    1.

    rom a Home screen, tap 
      Apps  >  More options 
    > A-Z .

    ap  Save .
    Use Folders to Organize Apps
    You can organize App shortcuts in a folder on an Apps 
    list screen.
    1.

    rom a Home screen, tap 
     Apps >  More options 
    > Edit .
    2.

    ouch and hold an app shortcut, and then drag it on 
    top of another app shortcut until a highlighted box 
    is displayed.
    3.

    elease the app shortcut to create the folder.
    • Enter folder name : Name the folder.
    •  Palette: Change the folder color.
    •  Add: Place more apps in the folder. Tap apps 
    to select them, and then tap  Add.
    4.

    ap anywhere outside of the folder to close it.
    • To add more apps, touch and hold an app 
    shortcut and drag it to the folder.
    5.

    To delete a folder:
