This list can be from ten to fifty calls in a first in, first out basis. The list includes calls that you answered and calls that rang your station but that you did not answer. CONTENTS 4.1.7 CALL HOLD (EXCLUSIVE) Outside calls can be placed on exclusive hold at any keyset by pressing HOLD twice during a call. Calls placed on exclusive hold can only be retrieved at the keyset that placed the call on hold. Intercom calls are always placed on exclusive hold.
